Hi, my name is Markie and although I am technically a freshman here at CSU-Pueblo, I spent my entire senior year of highschool here and graduated with my Associate’s degree. I am also undeclared as of now but am leaning towards studying business management. Even though I am not quite sure what I want my career to be, I look forward to learning and experiencing new things.

Hi, My name is Jailan Portenier. I am a Psychology major and I’m debating on either double minoring in chemistry and criminology or chemistry and sociology. A few things you should know is that I am adopted, and I was born in Mississippi but later moved to my hometown Washington Kansas. From there I moved plenty of times but I landed in Pueblo Colorado where I am now attending CSUP. I started college at sixteen so on a technicality I am a freshman but credit wise I am a sophomore. I am excited to be on the team especially to expand my knowledge on research since analyzing and categorizing data will be a part of my career path I will eventually choose.
